The fifth risk

The fifth risk is an investigative documentary about the US government under the Trump administration by the renowned author Michael Lewis. The name of the book came from the head of DOE listing the top five risk as a country when it is mismanage; the top 4 risks are “high risk low chances” event, meaning although it is highly dangerous, it is also very unlikely, like nuclear detonation in domestic, it is a known risk, and there are already many system in place to prevent that happen. The fifth risk is “program management”, it is high risk and especially very likely to happen under the Trump administration because there is no professionalism in all levels, there is only ill-willed political agenda.
